c. What we do not collect
- We do not store your card details. Card payments are processed entirely by the payment gateway. Card numbers never pass through our servers and we do not retain them.
- We do not collect health data about you. We are a device retailer — we do not request or store diagnoses or medical records. If you voluntarily mention health information in a message or conversation, it is used solely to answer your enquiry.
- We do not sell your data to anyone.

5. Measuring where visits come from
When you arrive from an ad, we store the click identifier generated by the advertising platform in a cookie for 90 days, and link it to your order or enquiry so we can tell which ad was useful.
We also record — when you click any WhatsApp button on the site — the time of the click, the ad click identifier if one exists, which company number you clicked, and the page you were on. We do not record your phone number or your IP address in this log.

7. Your rights
Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, you have the right to:

- Correct it if it is inaccurate
- Erase it in the cases permitted by law
- Object to your data being used for direct marketing
- Withdraw consent at any time — without affecting processing carried out beforehand
- Complain to the Personal Data Protection Centre in Egypt
8. Data security
- The entire site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Passwords are stored encrypted and cannot be read by anyone on our side.
- Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it to do their job.
- We review our security settings periodically.
No system is 100% secure. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security for data transmitted over the internet.
9. Children
This website is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you become aware that a child has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies yourself.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Any material change will appear on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
