This page explains how to delete the data linked to your account on alibenalimedical.com if you signed in with Facebook or Google.

What we receive when you sign in with Facebook or Google

Only your name and email address. We use them to create your account on our store so you can follow your orders. We do not receive your password, your friends list or your posts.

How to delete your data

  • Send an email to cs@alibenalimedical.com from the same email address you signed in with, with the subject «Delete my account».
  • Or call our hotline 01212333328 and ask to delete your account.

We delete your account and the personal data linked to it, and we confirm to you by email when it is done. Order and invoice records that we are legally required to keep are kept for the period the law requires.

Removing our app from your Facebook account

On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, choose «Ali Ben Ali Medical», then Remove. This stops Facebook from sharing any data with us from then on.
