What is the difference between the BT-700 and the BT-770?
The BT-700 measures SpO2 and pulse only, on a 320 × 240 colour screen. The BT-770 measures 5 parameters — ECG, respiration, SpO2, blood pressure and temperature — on a 12.1'' touch screen.
Who sets the alarm limits?
The physician or nursing staff, according to the patient. The alarms are audible and visual and adjustable.
What if the battery or the sensor needs replacing?
The battery is removable and replaceable, and service and genuine spare parts continue for the device's whole life.
What power supply does it need?
A medical adaptor: input AC 100–240 V (50/60 Hz), output DC 9 V / 1.5 A; the monitor runs while it charges.
How long does the battery last?
At least 7 hours in SpO2-only use, depending on use; it recharges to 90% in 8 hours.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.
