Returns or Replacement / Cancellation Policy
To guarantee customer satisfaction, we offer return for the products within 14 days that for some reasons did not meet our customer’s expectations.

Returns Pick-Up and Processing
In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
1- Correct Product:
Product name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
2- Complete Product:
All in-the-box accessories (like remote, Cables and accessories, sensor, starter kits, instruction manuals, adaptor/chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
3- Unused Product:
The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
4- Undamaged Product:
The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
5- Undamaged Packaging:
Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
The field executive may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
In Normal cases we don’t offer the order cancellation. Order can be canceled in the special cases.
For Export orders (Out of Egypt), Order once placed cannot be canceled in any case.
We promise you to supply the branded and genuine products as per specification. Items will replaced in case it is defective and does meet the specifications requirements.
If payment has been made by credit card / debit card through the designated payment gateway, then the refund amount will be reversed back to your credit card / bank account within 15 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request.
If payment has been made by Cash on Delivery method then the refund amount will be transferred to your bank account (as per bank account details provided by you) within 15 days of receipt of the returned goods or you can get money in cash through any of our branches in Cairo, Alexandria and Mansoura only with the original receipt.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.
Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to courier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order.
