How does it differ from an ordinary digital thermometer?
An ordinary digital thermometer has to touch the body, in the mouth or under the arm. The YT-1 measures from the forehead without touching, at up to 5 cm, with the reading in 1 second.
Who decides if the temperature is high?
The thermometer only measures. The doctor assesses the reading and decides what is needed.
What batteries does it use?
Two ordinary 1.5 V AAA batteries, easy to replace at home.
Does it switch itself off?
Yes, after 30 seconds without use, which saves the batteries.
How do I measure correctly?
Point the thermometer at the forehead from up to 5 cm and wait for the vibration or sound guidance. Use it where the room temperature is 10 to 40 °C.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.
