Beurer FT 09/1 Digital Thermometer
A Beurer digital thermometer for the mouth, under the arm or rectal use, with no glass and no mercury, and waterproof (IP27). It measures 32.0 to 42.9 °C, accurate to ±0.1 °C from 35.5 to 42.0 °C, and beeps an alert from 37.8 °C. The thermometer only measures; the doctor assesses the temperature.

Frequently asked questions
About the FT 09/1
How does it differ from the FT 65 and FT 90?
The FT 09 is a classic digital contact thermometer for the mouth, armpit or rectum, and keeps the last reading. The FT 65 measures in the ear or on the forehead in 1 second or less, and the FT 90 measures without contact from 2–3 cm.
Who decides if the temperature is high?
The thermometer only measures; the repeated triple beeps mean the reading is 37.8 °C or more. The doctor assesses the reading and decides what is needed.
How long does a measurement take?
Rectally approx. 30 seconds. Under the arm, keep to the recommended time even after the beep, because a longer measurement gives a more accurate reading.
How do I clean and disinfect it?
Before and after each use: wipe it with a clean cloth, dip the tip in 70% isopropyl alcohol for 10 minutes, then rinse the tip with water.
What battery does it use?
One 1.5 V LR41, good for approx. 2000 measurements; replace it when the battery symbol flashes.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.
