How is it different from the Physio Roll?
The Gymnic Classic is a single ball that moves every way; the Physio Roll is two balls joined, so movement is mostly forward and back and it is steadier.
How do I choose the size?
The size is chosen by the user's height, and the therapist or trainer decides the exercises. Send us the height on WhatsApp 201281861002 or call 01212333328 and we will help you with the size.
How much weight does it take?
User weight up to 120 kg; the ball is load-tested up to 300 kg. It is for body-weight exercise only, without weights in hand.
How do I inflate it?
With a hand pump, or a bicycle pump through the supplied adaptor. Inflate to the full size in stages.
What happens if it is punctured?
It bursts if punctured, so use it on a floor free of any pointed objects.

About usCan I return or exchange the device?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.
