About the BC-21s
What is the difference between the BC-21s and the BC-5000?
The BC-21s groups white cells into 3 (3-part) and reports 21 parameters at 60 samples per hour from 9 µL. The BC-5000 separates them into five types (5-part) and reports 23 parameters at 40 samples per hour from 15 µL. If your lab does not need the five-type differential, the BC-21s is faster and smaller.
Who operates the analyser?
A trained lab technician runs it and performs calibration and quality control; the physician reads the result. It is operated from a touch screen that supports English and other languages.
Which reagents does it need?
Three: M-30D diluent, M-30CFL lyse and probe cleanser. Order reagents, recorder paper and spare parts from customer service on 01212333328.
What power supply does it need?
100–240 V, 50/60 Hz, drawing 300 VA at most. It works at 10 to 40 °C and 10–90% humidity.
How are results stored and printed?
It stores up to 200,000 results with numbers and graphs, prints on its built-in thermal recorder on 50 mm paper, and sends results to the lab information system (LIS) over LAN with HL7.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.
