The Practik has a stainless chest piece and thick tubing. The Maestro is rust-resistant stainless steel with a noise-isolating tube, which Granzia designs for cardiology and specialists. The Classico is dual head, bell and diaphragm, with latex-free tubing in several colours.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.

We deliver and install in 27 governorates within Egypt. Shipping fees are set after you order and agreed with you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Order on the website or on WhatsApp, or visit our branches: Rashidy and Bostan in Cairo, Alexandria and Mansoura.
