About the Nano

How does it differ from the Nuvo Lite, Nuvo 8 and Nuvo 10?

The Nano is portable and battery powered, and delivers oxygen as a pulse with each breath. The Nuvo Lite, Nuvo 8 and Nuvo 10 are mains-powered home units with continuous flow up to 5, 8 and 10 litres per minute.

Who decides which setting I use?

The treating doctor decides whether you need oxygen, on which setting and for how long each day.

How long does the battery last?

About 3.5 hours on setting 1, 3.25 on 2, 2.5 on 3, 2.15 on 4 and 1.5 hours on 5. It recharges in not more than 4 hours.

What power does it run on?

Mains 100–240 V, 50–60 Hz, or its rechargeable battery (14.54 V, 6.8 Ah).

What happens if it stops sensing my breath?

If it senses no breath for 15 seconds it alarms and starts pulsing automatically until it senses you again. If the oxygen concentration falls below 82 % it alarms; call the hotline.

Can I return or exchange the device?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.

The treating doctor decides whether you need oxygen and sets its flow rate and duration. That is why it is best to have the doctor's recommendation before you buy.

Do you deliver and install? Should I buy online or at a branch?

We deliver and install in 27 governorates within Egypt. Shipping fees are set after you order and agreed with you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Order on the website or on WhatsApp, or visit our branches: Rashidy and Bostan in Cairo, Alexandria and Mansoura.
