How does it differ from the Nuvo Lite and Nuvo 10?
The Nuvo 8 delivers 2 to 8 litres per minute at a 15 psig outlet pressure. The Nuvo Lite goes up to 5 litres and starts from 0.125 litres; the Nuvo 10 goes up to 10 litres at 20 psig.
Who sets the oxygen rate?
The treating doctor decides whether you need oxygen, at what rate and for how long each day.
How will I know if the concentration drops?
The oxygen concentration status indicator (OCSI) lights a yellow light and alarms if the concentration falls below 85 % ± 3 %. Switch the unit off and call the hotline.
How much power does it draw?
An average of 490 W on 230 V, 50/60 Hz (model 985).
What if the power goes off?
The unit sounds an intermittent alarm and its green light goes off, so you know the oxygen has stopped.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.
