What is the difference between the ECG100G and the ECG300GA?
The ECG100G is single-channel on 50 mm paper. The ECG300GA collects all 12 leads at once, prints 3 channels on 80 mm paper, and measures and interprets the ECG automatically.
Who reads the ECG?
The physician. The machine records and prints the waveform; the diagnosis is the physician's decision.
Are paper and leads available?
Yes, 50 mm thermal paper, lead cables and electrodes are available from us.
What power supply does it need?
AC 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz, with a 7.4 V 2000 mAh rechargeable lithium battery.
Is it safe with a defibrillator?
The input is defibrillation-protected; it is Class I with a CF applied part.

Maintenance centresCan I return or exchange the device?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.
