About the G3 A20
What is the difference between the G3 A20 and the RESmart GII E-20A?
Both are Auto CPAPs with 4 to 20 hPa. The G3 A20 is third-generation: it detects obstructive and central apnea, is quieter (below 26 dB vs below 30), has an integrated humidifier keeping it at 1.7 kg, and comes with heated tubing. The E-20A has a detachable humidifier and weighs under 2.5 kg with it.
What does Auto CPAP mean, and who sets the device up?
In Auto CPAP mode the device changes pressure automatically within limits the doctor sets. The treating physician sets the mode and pressure; they should not be changed without them.
What happens during a power cut?
The device has a power-failure alarm. A power bank and a DC/DC converter are available as optional accessories to run it without mains power.
My nose or mouth feels dry. Does the device help?
The G3 A20 has an integrated 360 mL humidifier with settings 1 to 5 or Auto, pre-heats the water, and comes with heated tubing. If dryness continues, ask the doctor to review the settings.
Which mask should I use, and how often do I replace parts?
Mask type and size affect leaks and comfort; the doctor or respiratory therapist can help you choose. The device itself reminds you when to replace the mask, tubing and filter, and genuine parts are available from us.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.
