About the DP-15
What is the difference between the DP-15 and the Z50?
The DP-15 is black-and-white with Directional Power Doppler, a 12.1-inch screen and up to 2 transducers. The Z50 is full colour Doppler (Color, PW and Power) with a 15-inch screen and up to 3 transducers. For basic scanning that also shows blood flow, the DP-15 does it; if you need colour Doppler or PW blood-speed measurement, choose the Z50.
Who operates the system?
The physician or sonographer. iScanHelper on the unit walks a new user through the scan steps, and iTouch adjusts the image in one click.
Where do probes and spare parts come from?
The unit has two universal transducer connectors. The probes supplied are agreed with our sales team according to the specialty; order any extra probe or spare part from customer service on 01212333328.
Does it run on a battery?
Yes. It comes with a rechargeable battery that gives about 1.5 hours of scanning without mains power, and it also runs on mains.
How do I clean the screen and the unit?
The full-screen design is made for easy cleaning. Wipe the screen and unit after every patient, and never use anything that scratches the screen or the probe.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.
