Who sets the session parameters?
The physiotherapist or doctor sets frequency, intensity, duty cycle and duration for each session. The unit holds stored protocols, and you can save your own programs.
Can it be used in a water bath?
Yes. The head is IP 67 rated; for water-bath use, switch contact control off in Settings.
Is there a smaller head?
Yes, the 15 mm SNRA15 head is available as an optional accessory, with automatic frequency from 1 to 3 MHz.
Who should not be treated with it?
Contraindications include a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, pregnancy, metal prostheses, and the eye area. The doctor decides.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.
