Meditech ECHO80 24-Hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor
A small Meditech recorder worn on the upper arm that measures blood pressure on its own at intervals the doctor sets, from 5 to 120 minutes; the readings then go to a PC over USB for the analysis software. The doctor sets the recording and reads the result.

About the ECHO80
How is it different from a regular BP monitor?
A regular monitor takes a reading when you press start. The ECHO80 is worn and measures on its own at intervals for the whole recording, and the readings are analysed on a PC.
Who sets the intervals and the recording time?
The doctor. Intervals run from 5 to 120 minutes, and the doctor reads the report.
What powers it?
Two AA 1.5 V batteries.
Where do the readings go?
To a PC over USB; the analysis software shows trends and charts and holds up to 1000 cases.
Does it measure oxygen?
SpO2 and pulse-rate measurement is an optional addition on the ECHO80.

Maintenance centresCan I return or exchange the device?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.
