Does it switch itself off?
Yes, after approx. 90 minutes of use, even if you forget it.
How do I wash it?
Unplug it and detach the control first, then machine-wash the pad on a very gentle 30 °C (wool) cycle with a delicate detergent. Machine-wash it no more than 10 times in its life, and reshape it while still damp.
How many heat settings does it have?
3, each lit on the control, with rapid heat-up.
Is it safe?
It has Beurer's BSS safety system and electronic temperature control, and it switches itself off after approx. 90 minutes.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.
