The warranty is from Ali Ben Ali directly, not a third party. Two years on the operating tables, the operating and examination lights and the infant incubator; one year on the baby cart, the scales, the film viewers and the traction frame. Can I return or exchange the device?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.
