About the 402AI
What is the difference between the 402AI and the Miko?
The Miko uses a piston compressor, runs at about 56 dB(A), weighs 1.45 kg, gives 2.44 µm particles and comes with a bag. The 402AI is ultrasonic with no compressor, runs at no more than 50 dB(A), has a session timer and an adjustable mist rate, and weighs 1.8 kg.
Who decides the medication and session length?
The doctor prescribes the medication, dose and number of sessions. You set the timer and the mist rate as the doctor advises.
Which parts get replaced?
The chip is replaced when the water spray in the tank weakens, and the diaphragm under the cup when it wears out (one diaphragm only, never two stacked). Order genuine parts from customer service on 01212333328.
What power supply does it need?
AC 110–220 V, 50/60 Hz; power consumption 50 VA.
Do I put the medication straight into the water?
No. The tank takes clean water (distilled is best), and the medication goes in the cup only. If the tank water runs low, the unit stops by itself.

Maintenance centresCan I return or exchange the device?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.
Exchange and returns policyDo I need a prescription or a doctor's report to buy?
The device itself needs no prescription, but the medication used in it, its dose and the number of sessions are set by the doctor, so it is best to start sessions with the doctor's prescription.
