What is the difference between the RESmart GII E-20A and the G3 A20?

Both are Auto CPAPs with 4 to 20 pressure. The G3 A20 is third-generation: it detects obstructive and central apnea, is quieter (below 26 dB vs below 30), and has an integrated humidifier and comes with heated tubing. The E-20A has a detachable humidifier and weighs under 1.5 kg without it.

What does Auto CPAP mean, and who sets the device up?

In Auto mode the device changes pressure automatically within limits the doctor sets. The treating physician sets the mode and pressure; they should not be changed without them.

What happens during a power cut?

The device has a power-failure alarm. If the patient needs the device for long periods, agree a power-cut plan with the doctor.

Which mask should I use?

Can I return or exchange the device?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.
