Who decides the medication and session length?

The doctor prescribes the medication, dose and number of sessions. The device only turns the medication into a mist.

Can children use it?

It comes with a child mask with elastic straps as well as the adult mask. The doctor decides the right session for the child.

Our maintenance centre at 31 El Rashidy St – Kasr El Aini, accredited by the General Authority for Industrial Control. Service and genuine spare parts stay available for the device's whole life.

Can I return or exchange the device?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.

Do I need a prescription or a doctor's report to buy?

The device itself needs no prescription, but the medication used in it, its dose and the number of sessions are set by the doctor, so it is best to start sessions with the doctor's prescription.

Do you deliver and install? Should I buy online or at a branch?
