About the RV Series

What is the difference between the RV Series and the R Series?

The RV adds SVAPS and PCV, an 8-inch touch screen, central monitoring of up to 64 beds and a high-flow maximum of 90 L/min. The R Series has a 3.5-inch screen and a maximum flow of 80 L/min. Both reach 50 cmH₂O on their top model.

Which model do I need?

Non-invasive only: RV30NM2, RV30NU2 or RV40NU2. With high flow: RV30FM2 or RV30FU2; with AutoFlow and SmartFlow: RV40SU2 or RV50SU2. The physician and our sales team help you choose for your department.

Who sets the device up?

The treating physician sets the mode, pressure and flow for each patient. Our team helps with installation and trains the staff on operating the device.

How do I request a quotation?

Our maintenance centre at 31 El Rashidy St – Kasr El Aini, accredited by the General Authority for Industrial Control. Service and genuine spare parts stay available for the device's whole life.

Can I return or exchange the device?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.

Do I need a prescription or a doctor's report to buy?

The treating physician decides whether this device is right and sets it up, so it is best to have the doctor's report or recommendation before buying. We can then help you run the device on the settings they prescribe.

Do you deliver and install? Should I buy online or at a branch?
