About the R Series

What is the difference between the R Series and the RV Series?

Both combine non-invasive ventilation and high flow. The R Series runs CPAP, Auto CPAP, S, Auto S, S/T and T (depending on the model). The RV Series runs SVAPS, PCV, ST and CPAP, switches between the two with one button, supports central monitoring of up to 64 beds, and has front and rear bacterial filters.

What is the difference between the four models?

R-90S: IPAP up to 50 cmH₂O, every mode, AutoFlow and SmartFlow. R-80S: up to 40 cmH₂O, the same modes, AutoFlow and SmartFlow. R-80B: up to 30 cmH₂O, CPAP, S, S/T and T. R-80C: like the R-80B, with manual oxygen adjustment.

Who sets the device up?

The treating physician sets the mode, pressure, flow and oxygen concentration for each patient. Our team helps with installation and trains the staff on operating the device.

Does it measure blood oxygen?

SpO₂ and pulse rate are an optional accessory on all four models. The device displays oxygen concentration, flow, temperature, respiratory rate and sPEEP.

Can I return or exchange the device?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.

Do I need a prescription or a doctor's report to buy?

The treating physician decides whether this device is right and sets it up, so it is best to have the doctor's report or recommendation before buying. We can then help you run the device on the settings they prescribe.
