How does it differ from the Comen AX-500?
Both offer PRVC, SIMV and PSV. The Atlas N3 has 6 flow tubes for 3 gases, two vaporizer positions, up to 3 waveforms with loops, and tidal volume 10–1500 ml. The AX-500 has an ascending bellows with 65 ml/min leakage and 7% accuracy, and tidal volume down to 5 ml.
Who sets the ventilation mode?
The anaesthetist chooses the mode and tidal volume for each patient; the machine compensates for fresh gas, compliance and leakage.
Which gases does it use?
Oxygen, nitrous oxide and air on 6 mechanical flow tubes, with two vaporizer positions on a Selectatec bar.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.
