LED Surtron 120 Monopolar and Bipolar 120 W Electrosurgical Unit
An electrosurgical unit from Italy's LED SpA for light and medium surgery. It cuts at up to 120 W and offers pure cut, BLEND, superficial FORCED and deep necrosis-free SOFT coagulation, and bipolar coagulation with a special adapter. It monitors the neutral-plate connection and can be activated from the handle or the pedal. The surgeon sets the mode and power.

You use bipolar forceps
Bipolar coagulation up to 40 W with a special adapter.
Monopolar vs bipolar in one line: in monopolar the current leaves the pen and returns through a neutral plate on the patient's body; in bipolar it passes only between the two tips of the forceps.

Superficial and deep coagulation
FORCED COAG up to 80 W; SOFT COAG up to 60 W coagulates in depth without necrosis.
Bipolar with a special adapter
Bipolar coagulation up to 40 W; accepts bipolar forceps.
Neutral-plate safety
The neutral-plate connection is monitored constantly; with a split plate, its contact with the patient is checked.
Control from the handle
Change function and power from the handle without the surgeon looking away from the field.
Memory and digital readout
Remembers the last settings, sets and displays power digitally, with volume adjustment.

About the SURTRON 120
What is the difference between the Surtron 80, 120 and 160?
All three share the same size (254 × 104 × 288 mm), the same 5 kg weight and the same modes. They differ in power: cutting 80, 120 and 160 W; superficial coagulation 50, 80 and 100 W; bipolar 30, 40 and 60 W.
How does it differ from the Surtron 200?
The 200 cuts harder (200 W), adds ENHANCED incision with reduced eschar, and has an independent 80 W bipolar output with automatic start/stop; it weighs 6 kg. On the 120, bipolar works through a special adapter.
Who sets the mode and power?
The surgeon sets the mode and power for each procedure and tissue. The unit remembers the last settings used.
Are accessories and spare parts available?
Yes, genuine LED accessories such as handles, cables and foot switches are available from us.
What power supply does it need?
115–230 V, selectable, 50–60 Hz; electrical input power 300 VA.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused, complete with its accessories and in its original packaging. If it arrives defective or different from your order, we replace it or refund it in full. Masks, tubing and any items that contact the patient cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is on us for a defect or a wrong item; otherwise the customer pays it, unless a free-shipping offer applies.
